Esther placed as a runner-up in a Kemet Productions Talent show at Howard University. This victory allowed her to compete in a talent competition at the Apollo in New York. She is pictured here standing downstairs in the Apollo Theater in New York waiting her turn to sing on Wednesday night Amateur night at the Apollo. Esther sang, "Have Faith in God." She sang this song acapella (with no music).
Esther loves to write and read from her original poetry book. She loves to see the smiling faces of the audience after reading her poetry.
